1. Eligibility for Refunds
You can request a refund if:
• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong item.

• The item does not match the description on the website.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
• All items under promotional sale
• Items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “No Return”.
• Products that have been opened, used, or returned without original packaging or not fulfil the refund criteria are not applicable for refund.
3. Time Frame
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period, refunds are not available.
4. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
• Unused.
• In their original packaging. * Conditions Apply
• In the same condition as delivered.
5. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request:
• Submit the Request on the Refund Portal.
• Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• Our team will review your case and respond within 24 to 48 hours.
6. Shipping for Returns
• If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the customer requests a return for any other reason, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued as store credit to your account. Store credit can be used on any future purchase and cannot be converted into cash.
The Amount will be return to your used payment method Credit/Debit Card/BNPL.
8. Exchanges
If the item is in stock, you may request an exchange.
Price differences from White Friday offers cannot be claimed.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
For duplicate orders or payment errors, please contact us immediately.
10. Store Rights
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the item does not meet the policy requirements.
General conditions applicable to all returns
White Friday shall reserve the right to decline the refund if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions.
The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return.
Once disposed of the customer will no longer be able to request delivery, and no compensation will be provided (including the item’s value). If a returned item is not part of the customer purchase history, it will be returned to the customer. Please reach out to White Friday Customer Service if you have any questions with a returned item.

When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased.
Q. How does White Friday handle refunds after Returning the item?
After White Friday collects the item from you, it undergoes a thorough inspection. Once it passes QC, the refund is initiated to the original payment source as follows or as per customer selection for refund method.

Q. What happens when a payment is made using a credit or debit card?
Refunds will automatically transfer to your source account will occur within 14 days, depending on your bank.
Q. What if I paid with cash?
Cash payments will be credited to your White Friday Credits.
Q. I used a Buy Now Pay Later option like Tabby or Tamara. When can I expect the refund?
For Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payments, the refund will be reflected in your customer account within 14-21 days depending on your BNPL partner.
Q. Will I get a complete refund if the item is returned if I have paid for the order using the ‘Credit Card EMI’ payment option?
Yes, you will get a complete refund to the extent of the EMIs paid (if any) in case the order is returned. However, banks may charge some refund or pre-closure charges. Please check with your respective bank for their policy for cancellations, refunds, and pre-closures.
Q. Can I get a refund for the item through any other mode if I have paid using the ‘Credit Card EMI’ payment option?
No, the refund for an order placed using the ‘Credit Card EMI’ payment mode can only be done to the credit card from which the payment was made.

To check the status of your refund, please visit My Account for the latest update. You can also contact to our Support Team for the updates.
Q. Why have I only received a part of the refund amount?
Refunds are processed item wise, and you may see a part of the amount refunded while the remaining refund amount is still being processed.
Also, the shipping fee, Cod fee and Taxes/Post Customs Free are non-refundable once the item is delivered to you.
Note: Once the refund is issued, we are unable to change the refund method.
If your refund status is not showing as “Approved/Declined” in My Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, you can contact us for further assistance.
If your refund status shows as “Approved” in My Account, and the standard time frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.
