2. All products, including electronic items, may be Open Box. Every item is carefully inspected, checked, and tested before shipping to ensure it is in proper working condition.
3. If the product has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair it.
4. If you receive a damaged item, please report it immediately upon delivery. Eligible items will be replaced.
5. The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, improper handling, water damage, or damage caused after delivery.
