Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 24 hours of delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and process a free replacement. Approved refunds are issued as store credit or returned to your original payment method — Credit/Debit Card refunds take up to 14 days, and BNPL (Tabby/Tamara) refunds take 14–21 days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as White Friday Wallet credit.
